Here we focus on effective measures to lower energy costs if you pay for your heating yourself.

1. Regulation and adjustment
   1. Turn off the heat completely in the spring and start manually when you freeze in the fall.
   2. Lower the temperature in space that is not living area.
   3. Lower the temperature by 1 C in the living area.
   4. Trim your heat pump .
   5. Lower the temperature when you are away.
   6. Lower the ventilation when you are away.
   7. Review the electricity prices.
   8. Switch from a possibly variable monthly fee to an hourly price and control heating and hot water against the price.
   9. Raise the temperature at night/at cheap electricity rates if you have an hourly rate.
